Purpose Programme

The Purpose Programme is a 10-week professional and personal development programme that helps you to

  • gain a solid sense of who you are

  • gain self-confidence and compassion that will see you embracing your unique strengths and help others to do the same

  • become effective at managing your time and focus, making continuous improvements and keeping yourself accountable

Change is hard especially when we go at it alone. So for this programme, we have designed weekly 90-minute group coaching sessions where you will be in a group of maximum 4 people. We have also included three 1-hour individual coaching sessions for those challenges that are unique to you.

what you will get

10 x 90-minute group coaching sessions

This is where we deep dive into topics along your purpose journey. We will start each session with a check in on your progress and discuss questions and real-life challenges that you have.

Three 60-minute individual coaching sessions

The three one-on-one coaching sessions over the 10-week period are where we tackle your biggest challenges together to bring about positive change.

Key concept sheets and challenges are provided

You will be provided with summary sheets outlining the key concepts and tips. You will also have homework each week, so that you can maximise your learning by applying it in real life.

Accountability is built in

You will be surrounded by 5 other equally driven people who are on the purpose journey. You will broaden your perspective by learning to work with people from various backgrounds whom might have a different working style. You will become each other’s accountability buddies.

Support is ongoing

We will have a Slack chat channel where you can ask questions, share inspiration, and seek support throughout the programme.

Define Your Direction (Week 1 - 2)

Personal Improvement Plan (Week 3 - 4)

  • What are your intermediary steps and goals?

  • How to keep yourself accountable and measure progress?

  • How to continuously improve?

Self-Awareness, Confidence and Self-Esteem (week 5 - 6)

  • What is self-awareness and how to gain more?

  • What is the role of confidence and esteem?

  • How to befriend your biggest critic?

Feedback and Self Compassion (Week 7)

  • How to give and receive both positive and constructive feedback?

  • What is self-compassion? How to gain more?

Clarity and Focus (Week 8 - 9)

  • How to gain clarity?

  • What should you focus my attention on?

  • How to manage your time and be in flow?

Resilience and Sustainability (week 10)

  • How to become more resilient and stop burnout?

  • How to continue on this purposeful journey?

Who is the Coach?

Suki Xiao

  • Suki is an International Coach Federation certified Coach. She believes helping people live more meaningfully will bring about positive changes to the world.

  • Suki began her career in the consulting industry and central government while volunteering as a counsellor and trainer at a youth support service in New Zealand. Dissatisfied with the status quo, she found herself in entrepreneurship, coaching start-up teams and developing products that meet customer needs and satisfy a gap in the market.

  • Suki is a certified Agile Team Facilitator and has been an Agile Coach for software development companies like Xero, facilitating workshops, coaching teams and individuals, and creating an environment to achieve greatness. She has mentored multiple women and coached company leaders to become better coaches.

  • Through her diverse experience, Suki has gained a deep understanding of people, their motivation and behavioural patterns. She is committed to personal development through meditation and writing.

  • Each group coaching session is 90-minute virtual over Zoom .

  • The three one-on-one 1-hour coaching sessions will be arranged at a mutually agreed time.
